Refund Policy

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 60 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if more than 60 days have elapsed since your purchase.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Refund Process (if applicable)
For a refund, please contact us within 60 days of receiving the damaged item(s) at support@envora.co and include photos of the damaged item(s). Once we review your request, we will send a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will provide a full refund for your order.

Exchange Policy (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@envora.co.
